Dignity in America

So what's with this whole Terry Schiavo hub-bub? Can't a woman die in peace?

So, let me get this straight, as far as right-wing policy on death is concerned, you can't die if you are in a coma/brain damaged or a collection of cells/fetus, but you can die if you are an Arab or a minority on death row? Consistency would be nice. Re-visiting the social contract would be better.

Sleep well, Terry. My old friend Plato once told me, "The soul takes flight to the world that is invisible and there arriving she is sure of bliss and forever dwells in paradise."
